It takes a huge amount of energy to stay angry. Not only doesn’t it drain you, it also ends up taking so much effort as well. Sometimes we are unaware of how holding resentments or grudges affects us, that it becomes part of our habits especially when things either don’t go our way or when we don’t get what we want.

Often in our Pranic Healing sessions, we use the Forgiveness Affirmation. Feedback and testimonies after this is done has proven to be positive as the patient expresses gratitude and relief. They describe the feeling of being released from a heavy burden or beating able to breathe easier with peace of mind. At the very least they express feelis of hope, clarity, and literal forgiveness. Although, forgiveness is a continuous process, it is important to note that many may just need a little encouragement and nudge in the right direction to begin this journey.

For every person it’s a different experience and timeline. Some may forgive when they are on their death bed but others may take less years, months, days, or hours. There are those that immediately forgive and in the process release themselves from that draining energetic connection.

It is our hope that this inspires those that read this to take a moment to look at the health of their relationships and in the process finds clarity to decide that it is time to take action in order to invite healing in their lives.
