There are three major Spiritual Festivals which form the higher interlude of the spiritual year. During this time spiritual energies, streaming from planetary and cosmic sources, are potently available to assist in the raising of human and planetary consciousness. Men and women of all faiths and spiritual paths join together to make an invocative appeal to Divinity. Their united appeal, focalized through meditation and/or the sounding of the Great Invocation, mediates the soul of humanity into expression on earth.

The first of the three festivals, the Festival of Easter, occurs next week at the time of the Aries Full Moon. This festival celebrates the risen Christ, the divine principle of Love, Whose ideals and energies continue to impact the hearts and minds of people of all faiths and cultures.

During this time we meditate on the principle of resurrection into greater Life. “Christ in us, the hope of glory” becomes a touchstone of our deep reflections. We search for Truth by an intelligent approach to the world we live in, but without distorting the true nature of “the mind that is in Christ”. The mind is the great revealer of truth but until it is calm and reflective, it remains “the slayer of the real” and stands in stark contrast to the simplicity of Christ’s message of Love. During this Festival, heart and mind are lifted into something so spiritually majestic that all lower concerns and distractions bow before it. It allows entry into a stream of liberating energy where we can stand united with all who Love and become attuned to the power that makes all things new.
